Focus on the Family's Christian Counselors Network

It is a great honor to help people find hope and healing through the counseling experience. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples. Ultimately, I believe that we are created for relationship with God and with each other, and I am passionate about helping people create and restore meaningful life relationships. This leads and informs my counseling as well as my volunteer work, church involvement, and investment in my community. Beyond the counseling room, I enjoy teaching opportunities, training new counselors, and writing. At iHope Christian Care and Counseling, we are committed to bringing hope and healing to our community through professional counseling and care that is rooted in biblical principles. We extend the reach of pastoral care beyond the walls of the church building. I am a counselor at iHope as well as the Executive Director, and it is a privilege to see God growing and using this ministry.

In counseling, my goal is to create a comfortable, safe space for my clients. We work together to understand current struggles, recognize strengths and gifts, and develop new strategies or habits to work toward the client's goals.
