I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are motivated to get better. I primarily work with adults (17+).
I believe no matter where the starting point of your pain is, there is hope for healing and lasting change! My goal is to empower you to improve your quality of life and reach your God-given potential. I believe that when you feel well, you can love those you care about well. When you live a joyful life, it will have a rippling effect on those whose life is touched by yours. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I know about psychology and human relationships, together we can do incredible work to get you to a better place.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) by the State of Illinois, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). In addition to counseling, I enjoy teaching. I work as adjunct faculty for Judson University. My husband and I are hobby bee keepers and chicken keepers; we enjoy travelling, hiking and home improvement projects. We have two children.
